CSI: Survey The reviews are in, and it is unanimous, season one and two of CSI, are popular. The user review on CSI second season is nothing but 5 stars and first-rate news. Here is what one viewer wrote about the boxed DVD set. "This is by far one of the best DVD series so far." coming out with 5 stars across the board, from the features that the DVD has at the end, to the sound and the picture. Overall, CSI season two DVD set has succeeded with the viewer’s reviews. The loyal viewers of CSI cannot get enough. The boxed DVD set, which seems to be getting the most buzz around the electronics’ department comes with 6 discs, which totals to hours and hours of suspense and drama right in your living room.
When looking at the sales of the CSI books, there seems to be depletion and the reviews on that are not the best. There seems to be some sort of false hood with the books, since all of the CSI’s started out as a television show, reading about the adventures in a book does not really capture the essence of what happens to each of the character on their own situations given to them. One of the review on one of the CSI books, CSI: Miami--Smoking Gun, had this to say, “This was not quite what I expected; like one of the other ones I have (Thicker Than Blood) but they (i.e., the artists) did a fair job at making the characters look like their human counter parts; especially, in some frames, David Caruso. [Horatio Caine.]”
Not all of the books are been given a bad review, it seems that some of the books do not have the way with words that the other books. My opinion would be this, for a television show to remain in the media outlet of using the television to look at it. Video’s, DVD box sets; these are the ones that will most likely be seen and gross higher due to how the consumer sees the show, lives the show, and experiences how the show evolves and opens out to the end of the situation.
